DESCRIPTION The Customer Master Data BAs (Hierarchy) will be responsible for business requirements, functional design, assisting with data model design, testing, data mapping, data conversions, interfaces and collaboration with appropriate resources to implement/enable customer hierarchies and supporting workflows in Informatica MDM solution. Each BA will provide strong foundation for all ongoing customer hierarchy development. Each BA will participate in business workshops to provide input into business requirements. This role have to have strong foundational knowledge and experience of Customer Hierarchies as well as understand concepts how hierarchies support business processes.
